Credit Approval

Fill out your Mortgage Application and send it to Prysma.

Prysma will request the property appraisal and some documents, such as: information about your employment, bank account and current rent history.
Prysma will start the evaluation of your personal information.
Prysma will send your personal data and the property data to Lenders that suit your profile.
From the moment your mortgage loan is approved, we will go about pending documents for the closure, such as: Insurance and the Property Title.
The Lender will send the Closing Attorney the paperwork, the terms of your mortgage as well as the amount to pay the property seller.
Finally, there comes the Closing Date: you will sign all the papers and will receive the keys to your own home!
